Flux (17 WTG)

This week was massive in so many ways. In addition to the below training I: commuted to work four out of five days, had three evenings out (my leaving drinks and two nights of Banff film festival inspiration), and packed up most of my worldly possessions in preparation for the move North to Norfolk.

Highlights of the week:
- Half marathon in 2:06:46 (6:00 min/km pace)
- 5km (on the hilly Hampstead Heath Parkrun course) in 26:05 (5:08 min/km pace)
- Riding on THE MOST AMAZING SPRING DAY on Sunday in Richmond Park, and the satisfaction of having trained right thought Winter.

Lowlights of the week:
Monday morning following this week where I was half dead after such a massive week, crowned by a late night of packing

Monday: AM Run (20 mins) + ab circuit, PM Cycle (3x Highgate Hill, 3x Swains Lane)
Tuesday: AM Run (2x [7x 200m])
Wednesday: AM Swim (Squad)
Thursday: AM Run (Half marathon), PM Cycle (Regent Park pyramid efforts)
Friday: AM Swim (Steady 2.8km)
Saturday: Cycle (3x Hampstead Heath laps), Run (Hampstead Heath Parkrun)
Sunday: Cycle (75km Richmond Park)
