Shame Job

Born and bred (Northern) Territorians are a rare breed (and I was always pleased when someone was surprised to find out that I was one- turns out I can cover up my inner bogan when I want to).

Urban dictionary defines 'shame job' as:
An exclamation at an embarrassing or 'shameful' event or situation.

Context: Renee walks into a door, or falls off her bike while stationary due to being a retard and not being unable to unclip, or puts her foot in her mouth, etc. A friend witnessing said retardation exclaims: "Gnrrr (this is like a clicking sound, which you have to hear to understand), shame job!".

So last night I had a dream about getting a flat tire on my birthday. Obviously not a strong enough premonition for me to take my spares kit for today's ride. So while doing laps at Regent's Park this morning and I got a flat, I though "Gnrrr, shame job!" (what wannabe pro cyclist doesn't carry their spare kit). Luckily the day was saved by the lovely Jess who is a true pro-cyclist. Upside: I can change a tire like a pro.
