200km for the first time!

Massive, massive day. I thought the sunset was going to beat me, but I made it!!

Food tally: 3x dinner rolls with ham and cheese, tortilla (food highlight of the day), 2x coffees, Clif bar, Mule bar, Twix, can coke, apple fruit box, 2x bananas, pack of jube lollies.

If it's not Garmin-ed, it didn't happen

Before

After

Not planning to climb that

Oops

So relieved to be at the top of Lanzarote's highest peak... Even if it wasn't the plan

Recovery tortilla and coke at about 140km

Beautiful scenery (and food) kept me going!
