Brancaster Beach Running

Once again I had the whole beach to myself. So it was just me and the incoming tide getting through my beach running efforts. I have decided that barefoot beach running will only occur when the temperature is above 10C. Last time it took some time to regain feeling in my feet!

On the way back to the car (this time not parking in the beach carpark, which I learnt last time is prone to flooding at high tide, and which challenges the clearance of the VW Golf, which is for some reason not nearly as good at the clearance on my old Toyota Hilux) I went and admired the flowers in the yard of the gorgeous Brancaster Church.

Great start to the day!
