Saturday AM: Long Brick (60 mins ride, 30 mins run, 30 mins ride, 15 mins run)
Sunday AM: Ware's Cambridge? Sportive (130km)

15WTG

Monday: AM Cycle (2x 20 min efforts), PM Swim (Kings Lynn swim squad)
Tuesday: AM Run (Easy 40 mins + circuit), PM Run (short run- supposed to do beach sprints, but too dark)
Wednesday: AM Swim (Kings Lynn Tri Club squad), PM Cycle (Kings Lynn Tri Club turbo session)
Thursday: PM Run (100 mins)
Saturday: Cycle (140km with the Tour de Forcers)
Sunday: Cycle (100km with Tour de Forcers)


14WTG (Lanzarote)

Thursday: PM Swim (4.5km)
Friday: Run (8km with group + make up to 100 mins), Cycle (74km group ride), Swim (3.8km, including a straight 1.9km swim)
Saturday: Cycle (200km solo)
Sunday: Cycle (107km group ride)

13WTG (Lanzarote)

Monday: Club La Santa Duathlon (3.5km/ 14km/ 3.5km), Run (10km run 9 mins, walk 1 mins), Club La Santa Aquathlon (200m swim/ 3km run)
Tuesday: Run (Half Marathon on Lanzarote 70.3 course), Cycle (45km with the boys), Swim (2.4km easy)
Wednesday: Club La Santa Mini Triathlon (400m swim, 14km cycle, 5km run), Cycle (70km), Run (easy 5km)
Thursday: Swim (easy 1km)
Friday: Off
Saturday: Brick (30 min run, 30 min cycle, 15 min run, 15 min cycle, 30 min run, 30 min cycle, 15 min run, 15 min cycle, finish with 4x 1 minute sprints)

12WTG

Wednesday: Run (10 min easy, 20 mins HARD, 10 mins easy)
Thursday: Swim (1.5km easy) + 30km return cycle commute to pool
Sunday: Brick (Run 30 mins, Cycle 60 mins, Run 10 mins HARD)
